Product Description
This FstSort blueberry grader consists of feed conveyor, air-blower, and grading section. Operators load the fruit manually,the blower removes light impurities, and damaged berries and debris are hand-picked off the conveyor before the product advances to the grading stage.
Blueberries travel from the conveyor into the sorting unit, where a series of perforated rotating drums size the fruit. Each drum corresponds to a specific diameter, and berries of that size drop onto the dedicated takeaway belt, which delivers them directly into the customer's trays, completing the entire grading process.
